Services Provided:

	BFI Canada owns and operates the Winnipeg Landfill. The site is situated approximately 17 kilometres northwest of the city centre.
	The Winnipeg Landfill is one of two landfills in the area, the other of which is a City of Winnipeg owned site located 5 kilometres further away from the city center than BFI's site.
	The site comprises approximately 1,492 acres, 223 of which are permitted to receive non-hazardous solid waste.
	The site receives approximately 200,000 tonnes of non-hazardous solid waste per year. There are approximately 8.35 million tonnes of remaining airspace capacity at this site.
	Based on current daily disposal volumes received at the site and the geographic configuration and construction of the landfill, management estimates that the site has a projected operating life of approximately 36 years.
	To date, BFI Canada's Winnipeg landfill has received a clean record from the regulators regarding all material requirements of its permit and any material environmental regulatory requirements.
